ACCELERATE is a proven ‘Career Management Development’ Programme aimed at developing the growth and promotion of under-represented groups in business.

AMBITION Programme

AMBITION has been designed and successfully delivered by ABSTRACT as an early to mid-career development programme. Participants will typically be in more junior and intermediate managerial roles and are likely to have been identified for future career progression. For example, this may include postgraduate and/or post apprentice scheme delegates. By strategically investing in the career development of junior talent, businesses not only speed up the progress and growth of their precious resource, but also realise a key reduction in their attrition rate.

AMBITION can be delivered as a standalone programme but is also positioned as a forerunner to our award winning ACCELERATE Programme. AMBITION introduces topics that are covered in more depth in ACCELERATE, the material is complimentary to it so delegates may progress to ACCELERATE.
