Our analysis demonstrated the need to re-establish the vision, purpose and values of our client to ensure they were sustainable and in line with their new people and growth targets.
Alongside this, the need for a rebranding and to reshuffle the EXCO team were also highlighted. There was a strong desire to establish a high performing culture with peer coaching as the central pillar.

This was complimented by an executive Leadership Programme for EXCO and their immediate reports to ensure cultural transformation was facilitated from the top down.
