Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation, had reached a stage in their evolution where their founding partners were exiting the business and management of the firm was being transitioned to a new CEO under a private equity firm, alongside acquisition and mergers of other businesses into the organisation.

Analysis

Our analysis demonstrated the need to re-establish the vision, purpose and values of our client to ensure they were sustainable and in line with their new people and growth targets.


Alongside this, the need for a rebranding and to reshuffle the EXCO team were also highlighted. There was a strong desire to establish a high performing culture with peer coaching as the central pillar.

The resulting Cultural Transformation Programme centred around a bespoke people development solution, delivering business essentials for a high performing culture.


This was complimented by an executive Leadership Programme for EXCO and their immediate reports to ensure cultural transformation was facilitated from the top down.

Evaluation

This award-winning Cultural Transformation Programme has resulted in a strong leadership and management team within the business, but perhaps more importantly, an empowered set of colleagues actively being part of their collective journey.
