CULTURAL COMPETENCE PROGRAMME
ABSTRACT’s Cultural Competence programme is comprised of six segments: Visible Commitment, Humility, Awareness of Bias, Curiosity About Others, Cultural Intelligence and Effective Collaboration. Our aim is to increase collaboration and cultural awareness, so content learnt from the modules is brought out of the classroom and into the field.
The six segments are delivered across three modules that are spaced out several weeks apart to fully embed the cultural change.
Primary objectives:
- To appreciate the value of diversity of thought and having respect for others.
- To understand the key elements of delivering inclusive leadership.
- To create an environment for everyone to regularly get involved and reach their potential.
This programme is also supported by quality digital support materials, including a delegate workbook containing key content and models.
