ABSTRACT are delighted to once again work in collaboration with BioPharmaChem Ireland (BPCI), Ibec, and The 30% Club to deliver a virtual event on the topic of How Psychological Safety Creates High Performing Teams.

Earlier this year ABSTRACT delivered a masterclass on the topic of 'How to Improve Diversity of Thought and Respect' and this free webinar on 15th September forms part of the same BPCI Diversity & Inclusion Masterclasses 2022 series.

This talk aims to show how it starts with the leader being a role model and creating a culture where people can safely and confidently be the best they can be.

The session objectives will include:

• To demonstrate how strong and considerate leadership is now an essential requisite for an empowered inclusive, psychologically safe workplace culture.
