Attendee feedback – ‘Fantastic refocus on my purpose and ambition – if not you then who and if not now then when’

This programme focusses minds to be clear about individual purpose, what they want from their careers and ensures they achieve their potential. People tend to leave the programme with more confidence to take control together with the clarity about what they want, who they need and what to do to get what they want.

To be the best version of you both personally and professionally you need to have ambition. Following your dreams and achieving your goals are critical to you being your best.

Our self-development programme, called AMBITION, has been designed to support participants to face challenges and grow, pushing them towards their dreams. It awakens their desire to get further and further into that journey. A person’s ambition is related to their feelings, emotions and desires, as well as having the energy necessary to achieve their goals, whether it’s in the personal, social or professional arena. Ambition is the perfect ingredient for success and our programme will assist delegates to be successful – whatever that means to them. Everyone has their own parameters for success, happiness and personal fulfilment. It will depend on their perspective, priorities and ideas of happiness. Through this programme, we will help you explore your values and be clear about what is important to you at this moment in time. You may be looking to change career, adapt to changes at home, work or socially, to achieve that best version of you. We will help you to face your fears and take the first step to your happiness, supporting you to take action with determination and courage.

AMBITION has been designed and successfully delivered by ABSTRACT as an early to mid career development programme. Attendees will typically be in their early careers or intermediate managerial roles and are likely to have been identified as future stars with high potential. AMBITION is a standalone programme and also a forerunner to our award winning ACCELERATE programme. The primary objectives of our AMBITION programme to identify and support early careers talent, develop career management skills and develop growth in readiness for promotion. Throughout AMBITION participants will experience moments for self-realisation, undertake creative assessments and be given the tools to design their future self.
