Engage the leaders of tomorrow today with AMBITION

Nick Goddard

It’s one thing recognising the rising stars in your team, but how do you hold onto them? How do you ensure they are focussed on developing their careers within your organisation? Are they equipped with the skills necessary to raise their game?

It’s all about giving them AMBITION
Our AMBITION programme has been developed with early and early to mid-career talent in mind. It’s about gathering a cohort of your high calibre junior managers together, alongside anyone else you’ve earmarked for future promotion potential, and helping them to become the best version of themselves.

Through the AMBITION programme, participants will discover:
  • the power of belief
  • how to build confidence with clarity
  • how to master their motivation
  • how to build their resilience
  • how to engage positively with organisational politics
  • personal branding and role modelling
  • how to take personal responsibility for their career
Engaging, fun and challenging content
Our award-winning coaches are experienced programme presenters, able to drive strong engagement levels from your delegates. This is achieved through a mixture of presentations, breakout interactions and videos interspersed with self-study, polls and personal commitment planning sessions. The regular switch in lesson styles keeps things fresh, and that increases the impact of each lesson.

And, as the programme culminates in a group board room level presentation based on a set challenge, delegates get the chance to take everything they have learned and use it in the field.

Structured to suit your needs
Before we deploy the programme, we work with your sponsors to develop a proposed structure based on your specific requirements, with topics and insights designed to reflect your organisational drivers and behaviours.

Other bespoke elements, such as inviting inspirational speakers from your senior management to share insight and experience, can also be worked into the syllabus. Past cohorts often enjoy this section of the programme, and an informal Q&A session post-speech is often reported as a highlight.

And who knows, those rising stars in your AMBITION cohort could one day find themselves giving their own inspirational speech to a new generation of talent. After all, empowering them to reach that point is what AMBITION is all about.
