ABSTRACT are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for the 2023 Inclusive Awards in the Consultancy of the Year category!

One of the UK's most anticipated diversity awards celebrations has announced its shortlist for the 2023 ceremony. Now in its ninth year, the Inclusive Awards rewards organisations and individuals who have excelled in their commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

This year, on 5th December at The Hurlingham Club in London, the Inclusive Awards will once again celebrate those individuals and organisations who work tirelessly to remove barriers and put diversity at the very heart of everything they do.

Following our 2023 award nomination, Andy Nicol, CEO at ABSTRACT shared;

“ABSTRACT strongly believe that improving inclusivity is a practical necessity for building more equitable, innovative, and harmonious workplaces for all. We're therefore delighted to be a finalist for this award for the second consecutive year.

Congratulations to our fellow inclusive individuals and organisations who have also been shortlisted!”

Paul Sesay, CEO of Inclusive Companies, and founder of the Inclusive Awards says:

"In difficult and challenging times, using the talent of a diverse workforce is more important than ever.

The Inclusive Awards continue to be an exceptional way to celebrate the courageous actions of individuals and organisations, who are already striving for inclusion.

Not only does diversity within a workforce foster an inclusive working environment, but it can also bring business benefits and provide a market advantage.

We look forward to celebrating the many and varied achievements of our finalists and I congratulate them all for being shortlisted for the impact they’ve made.”
