Care International Changing Lives

Nick Goddard

CARE International is a leading humanitarian organisation fighting global poverty, operating in over 100 countries.

Founded in 1945, they work around the globe to save and change lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice. They place special focus on women and girls, because they believe we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.

At ABSTRACT we have supported this charity for several years as it is a good fit for us as we promote equality, diversity and inclusion through our corporate learning and development programmes and also advocate for more women in senior leadership positions in business. Their objectives also align nicely with our aim of making the corporate world a fairer and better place.
