Our MD, David Nikolich, has been Highly Commended at the IoD Director of the Year Awards 2020 in the Yorkshire & North East region, where he lives. David was Highly Commended for his commitment and dedication to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
David founded ABSTRACT in 2007, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, leading and driving businesses - ensuring that they have the right people, exuding the right behaviours and within the right environment - in order to deliver the business’s goals and objectives.
Key to his success and the results he achieves time and time again for our clients, is David’s understanding of human potential. His ability to teach people to unlock their inherent ability, so they can deliver top results at the highest levels, is truly remarkable.
