ABSTRACT are excited to be working in partnership with Inclusive Companies
on two forthcoming events. Inclusive Companies is a cross industry network harnessing best practices & innovation to drive inclusion for all.
Firstly, nominations are now open for the Inclusive Awards and will close on 6 August 2021. A collection of the nation’s most inclusive organisations & diversity influencers will gather to honour those that lead in diversity, inclusion and fairness in all aspects of diversity. The Inclusive Awards will illustrate some of the nation’s most inclusive organisations, gathering to recognise those that lead in equality, diversity and fairness, in all aspects of business.
As the recipient of the National Diversity Champion Award at the Inclusive Companies Awards in 2019, the last time they were held, ABSTRACT's Sue Liburd has been invited to be on the judging panel for the 2021 awards. Sue, who was also recognised in 2020 as one of the top one hundred women leaders driving change for gender diversity in the workplace, is "becoming a recognised voice and emergent thought leader in the field of Diversity and Inclusion".
Secondly, Sue and David Nikolich, ABSTRACT's Managing Director, founder and the architect of our award winning programmes, will also be jointly presenting a webinar for Inclusive Companies on 10 June 2021 on the topic of 'How To Improve Diversity of Thought & Respect?'. David says "Sue and I will be sharing our insights on the key elements of delivering inclusive leadership and how companies can best create an environment for everyone to regularly get involved and reach their potential".
