Imposter Syndrome – A wicked problem to solve

Behind the faces and in the minds of many successful people lurks a pervasive condition. It’s called imposter syndrome. It is highly prevalent in high achievers, many women and people from underrepresented minority ethnic and religious groups. If left unchecked it can lead to a wide range of psycho-neuro-biological conditions such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Imposter syndrome can be difficult to solve due to its complexity, contradictory and ever-changing dynamic.

ABSTRACT has developed a new webinar: Imposter Syndrome – A wicked problem to solve, as part of our collection of live webinars that provide the tools and inspiration to help you and your teams to thrive. This webinar offers fresh perspectives on Imposter Syndrome and its mercurial nature. It explores a number of proven strategies and interventions to disrupt and resolve its insidious impact.

ABSTRACT's series of live webinars are an easily digestible way to upskill your team. They can be delivered individually or as a bespoke Soundbite Series and are an effective way to engage and support your people.

As we emerge tentatively from lockdown (in the UK at least), what are you as a business leader or manager doing to support your people through this next phase?

Are you going 'Back to Better', back to the same, or to something else entirely? How can you support your people through this transition? Our webinar topics cover confidence, resilience, career realisation and self-determination, judgement and decision making, how psychological safety creates high performing teams, and improving diversity of thought and respect.

Find out how our webinars and award-winning learning and development programmes can help you to build a modern-day business fit for today’s social objectives. Get in touch with Nick Goddard at nick@abstractuk.co.uk.
