It was back in February that ABSTRACT and our partner 7IM jointly won the coveted Gold Award for the External Learning Solution of the Year, at The Learning Awards 2021 by the Learning & Performance Institute. The award was for 7IM’s Succeeding Together Cultural Transformation Programme. 

 

Due to the pandemic, 7IM’s Chief People Officer, Kate Hughes, accepted our joint award back in February from Strictly Come Dancing Co-Host and presenter Claudia Winkelman in a virtual ceremony. So it was lovely to finally get our teams together in London at the start of December for a celebratory dinner hosted by 7IM’s CEO, Dean Proctor. As Andy Nicol, CEO, ABSTRACT said “It was great to celebrate together and enjoy the great partnership that exists between us".

 

We want to say s big thank you to the brilliant team at 7IM and also to Anna Baker, who wasn’t able to join us on the night, but played a big part in this programme and the award win!

 

Time marches on. There will soon be a new Strictly winner and The Learning Awards in 2022 take place in February.
