We have recently updated ABSTRACT’s website to better reflect our full range of topical and impactful programmes and webinars that we are successfully delivering to help our clients and their people to build modern day businesses fit for today’s social objectives.
Many organisations are returning now more fully to the office or a new hybrid environment, and our new programmes and webinars reflect this. We are also seeing that many people may need help and support with their personal wellbeing as we transition out of the pandemic.
All of our programmes and webinars are researched and designed to be interesting and to have practical application.
Our Programmes
We have added the following programmes:
Health and Wellbeing - designed to help your people to identify and attain their optimal state of wellbeing.
Consultative Sales – will help delegates to understand what their client wants to achieve and how to provide insightful solutions through considered consultation.
Our Programmes also includes an outline of our established career management development programmes, ACCELERATE and AMBITION.
ACCELERATE is a well proven Career Management Development programme aimed at developing the growth and promotion of under-represented groups in business. AMBITION has been designed and successfully delivered as an early to mid- career development programme for junior and intermediate managerial roles and those who have been identified for future career progression., helping you to retain and grow your most talented people.
Our Cultural Competence and Character Programme forms part of our Inclusive Leadership Series and is aimed at Leaders and Managers to seriously improve and visibly apply their diversity of thought and respect within your organisation, positively creating an environment to bring out the best in everyone.
We also provide bespoke programme solutions for Cultural Transformation and our Critical Thinking Series.
Our Webinars
Our new webinars can be delivered individually but more often as part of a webinar series. Our new topics include:
- How To Create Powerful and Fearless Teams – will provide you with multiple actionable insights for you to develop strong and considerate leadership to create a powerful and fearless team.
- Promoting Your Brand and Profile in a Hybrid World – shows how to authentically build your brand and promote your profile.
- Attracting Sponsors and Mentors in a Hybrid World – provides an understanding the power of sponsors and mentors, why you need them to achieve your career goals and our tips how to approach this.
- Bag of Aspirations: Reimagining What’s Possible – originally delivered for International Women’s Day 2022, this talk provides insights and ideas to accelerate equality that you can apply on a personal level and in business.
- Personal Wellbeing: Top Tips For The Workplace - provides multiple actionable insights for you to implement into your everyday workplace routines, helping to manage your personal wellbeing to an optimal state.
This final topic will be delivered as an ABSTRACT webinar event at midday on Thursday 28 April, in partnership with the leading investment management business, 7IM. This free to join webinar will be delivered by David Nikolich, founder, Managing Director and the architect of ABSTRACT’s award winning learning and development programmes and Sarah Furness. Sarah is a former combat helicopter pilot and squadron leader, now keynote speaker who talks extensively about leadership, empowerment and wellbeing, helping leaders in mentally tough environments to perform and thrive under pressure.
